Review

Celtic, although with a fairly representative team, were fairly outplayed. The homesters, by the aid of Schofield, Robertson, and Evans, scored three in the first half.
Immediately after crossing over, Robertson added two more. Stoke continued to play brilliantly, and pressed right up to the close.
Result - Stoke, five goals; Celtic, nil.
