ArticlesMatch report from The Scotsman, 1st March 1920
[...] At Celtic Park, Glasgow, the Celtic won on their merits against Hamilton Academicals. In the first half the Celtic were the superior company, and led at the interval by a goal, scored by Cassidy. After the interval the visitors gave an improved display, but they failed to get the better of the Celtic's strong defence. Near the finish the Celtic were awarded a penalty kick, which McStay converted. The Celts were without McNaiur and Cringan, but Gallagher reappeared after a long absence. The attendance would be about 10,000.
