  • Quarter Final, Second leg; Celtic win the quarter final with an aggregate score of 5-2. Prior to the game the draw had already been made for the semi with Celtic or Forfar to face Dunfermiline or Rangers at Hampden.
  • Mallan came back in as centre half and Bobby Collins was absent. His place was taken by Jackie Millsop.
  • The Scottish League side to play the Irish League was announced and included Alex Rollo, Joe Baillie and Bobby Collins.
