Review

Celtic destroyed Morton with a devastating performance at Hampden.

The quality of the goals was outstanding with Hughes' two goals the pick of the bunch.

The first from Lennox cross after two Celtic players had consecutively dummied the ball and the other a trademark charge upfield and a ferocious shot to finish.

Preben Arentoft of Morton had the privelege of the game's best goal with a blockbuster shot on the run.
