Celtic in friendly win over Parma
Aiden McGeady
Aiden McGeady scored the only goal of the match
Celtic rounded off their pre-season warm-up schedule with a narrow win over Serie A side Parma in Glasgow.
An 84th-minute strike from Aiden McGeady gave the champions their fourth win in eight friendlies ahead of Sunday's SPL opener against Kilmarnock.
Minutes earlier, McGeady had watched a free-kick rebound off the crossbar.
The home fans were enthused with the performance of £4.4m signing Scott Brown who played the match at a high pace in his Celtic Park debut.
