Biog

A schoolboy prospect who was a member of Celtic's under 16 side during 1999/00.

Competition for places was especially fierce that season because - as well as Maloney, Kennedy and McParland - there was also others such as Canning who signed for Kilmarnock, Anton Nugent who signed for the huns and Stuart Cringean who went to Falkirk via Clyde.

Not taken on, Kelly was signed by Albion Rovers on 7.7.00 but didn't play in the first team and finished the season playing with Kinnoull Juniors' under 18 side.

He has since featured as a central midfielder for various Junior teams in the Perth area.
