Celtic Career Review

A versatile defender with Celtic for a period before moving on to Dundee United on 10/8/81. He came to prominence alongside Paul McStay in Scotland's 1982 Euro Championship winning youth team. Valued by United, he broke through in 83/84 and played in big European games but never nailed down a first team spot in what was an extremely strong 'Arabs' side. He was eventually sold to St. Johnstone for £100,000 on 8/2/90 where he enjoyed regular first team action.

Headed to Hong Kong in '95 before finishing his career in the English Vauxhall Conference with Slough Town.
