{From Official Site}
"A combative central midfielder, comfortable in an attacking or defensive role, Mark emerged from a great Celtic youth side which claimed back to back Youth League and Youth Cup doubles under Willie McStay.

Born and brought up as a Celtic supporter in Port Glasgow, he progressed to the Reserves where he again won another title under the guidance of McStay.

Mark made his unofficial first team ‘debut’ under Gordon Strachan in the 2008 pre-season friendly against Manchester City, setting-up Paul McGowan for Celtic’s equaliser.

This season he was given permission to go on-loan to Ujpest FC, where he was again reunited with his old Celtic coach, McStay, who is now working as a manager in the Hungarian top flight.

Mark is now playing regularly for Ujpest and is on loan until the end of the 2009/10 season."

In July 2010 he left Celtic to sign for Falkirk on a years's loan, and moved on permanently later on to Dundee Utd.
