However, I think this is a photoshoot taken on the eve of the 1984 Scottish Cup final. Strachan and McGhee played for Aberdeen in that match and McGhee scored the winner in extra-time (2-1). If memory serves me right, Aitken was ordered off. (First post-war sending off in a SCF?) The match could enter your date calendar as it was played on 19 May 1984 and you have as yet no entry for 19 May. Post reply Do you find this valuable?
