Celtic v Leith Athletic – The Leith Athletic finished their League season last evening when they visited Parkhead, Glasgow, and played off their engagement with the Celtic in presence of over 300 spectators. Davidson scored for the home team ten minutes after the start, but noting further followed in the first period. On resuming, the Leith had the hard luck, and two more goals had to be conceded. Henderson afterwards gained the only point for the Athletic and the game ended – Celtic, three goals; Leith Athletic, one goal.
