**Paul and Willie McStay also had a brother Raymond who played for Celtic Raymond but never made a a competitive First Team appearance.

***Joe and Frank Rankin were two brothers who were on Celtic’s Reserve books in the early 1960’s but did not play for the First Team.

**** In a non competitive First Team game two brothers Wiillie and Harry Groves played together against Airdrie in a Friendly which ended 1-1 in January 1889.(thanks to auldbhoy (KDS) for the information).

***** Willie Lyon the Celtic Captain of the 1930’s also played alongside his brother Tom in Celtic First team competitive matches during WW11 but these were deemed unofficial. (thanks to Lubomirmoravcik (KDS) for the information).

Frank and Jim Brogan first played together in the first team in a League game against Falkirk on 21st September 1963. It was Jim Brogan’s debut in the first team.
