Andy Davidson
Left-half Andrew Davidson was signed by Celtic in April 1913 from Rutherglen Glencairn.

A medical student at Glasgow University Davidson made his debut in a 1-0 league victory at Clyde on a snowy January 5th 1914 and made a noteworthy contribution during the rest of that double winning season with some fine performances.

He was however no more than cover for Jim Young and Jim McMaster so in May 1914 he was allowed to leave for St Mirren.

Davidson qualified as a doctor in 1916 and during the Great War became Captain Davidson RAMC.
