Trivia

Review

It was claimed that Celtic's superior weight was the deciding factor.

It was a huge crowd for the still comparatively new Dens Park.

In the second half, play had to be stopped when the corner of the temporary West Stand collapsed.

Fortunately no injuries but crowd allowed to stand only a few feet from Celtic's goalkeeper Willie Donnelly.

Davie Storrier and Tom Hynds were away playing for the Scottish League against the Irish League today.
