The Glasgow Herald – Feb 7, 1921
The smallest attendance of Saturday was registered at the Vale of Leven and Celtic tie at Alexandria, but as the Leven Valley club doubled the tariff for the express purpose of keeping down the crowd to reasonable dimensions it is to be presumed that the object aimed at was attained. Celtic, who were again without McNair and Cringan, eventually won by 3-0, but had to fight very hard for the major portion of the game before their position was established.
