Review

A better performance than seen from Celtic so far this season, but still a loss. Mike Jackson did well and Jim Conway at centre forward continued his strength which had so far been seen this season in the Reserves. In fact despirte the loss this was pointed ouit by all commentators as a step in the right direction for Celtic with a degree of the old flair starting to appear.
