Review
1966-03-26: Celtic 2-0 Dunfermline Athletic, Scottish Cup - The Celtic Wiki

Dunfermline offered little resistance after Hunter's 11th minute goal was disallowed for a foul.

After that Celtic coasted to victory but only after mastering the swirling wind and difficult conditions.

Auld scored the first with a 20 yard right foot shot which McBride cleverly dummied and beat keeper Martin.

Chalmers got the second when he ran 30 yards on to McNeill's long ball and finished well.

Murdoch and Auld were Celtic's inspiration and the new midfield partneship is working well and impressing the fans.
