Review
Glavin's late penalty clinches the tie for Celtic. Roddy MacDonald limped off after half an hour with an ankle injury. Aitken dropped back from midfield with Ronnie Glavin replacing him. It was a tight game with both sides having chances and it was not until well into the second half that Celtic got to grips with the Arabs. After an hour they went down to 10 men when George Fleming was sent off for a second bookable offense.This disruption to the Dundee side's rhythm allowed Celtic opportunities and into the last ten minutes Tommy Burns was hauled down in the box. Ronnie Glavin made no mistake from the spot.
