Review

Celtic keep feint title hopes alive in front of downcast Celtic Park crowd.
Celtic's finishing continues to be appalling. Luckily the Jags was just as bad. A rousing first half played in the sun and full of more misses than Jukebox Jury ended at stalemate 0-0.
Luck came to the Bhoys help at the start of the second half. Burns made good moves and slipped the ball to McCluskey who fluffed his shot. But somehow, Rough diving onto an easy save managed to allow the ball to squirm out of his hands and past him for a goal.
Tom McAdam added a second ten minutes later with a fine shot. Two minutes from the end Thistle pulled on back.

The return of Tommy Burns in midfield is about the only plus. The team looked unconvincing and poor.
