Trivia

  • Celtic's highest ever victory over Hearts until December 2013 when Celtic won 7-0 at Tynecastle.
  • Celtic fans chant 'April fools…April fools…April fools' at the hapless Hearts players.

Review

Hearts are relegation bound and totally capitulated at Parkhead. Celtic are now homing in on the title with a brand of exhilerating, attacking football.

George McCluskey, in for the injured Nicholas, is Celtic's best player. Ex Ranger Alex MacDonald is roundly barracked by the Parkhead crowd but even at the age of 33 MacDonald is easily Hearts' best player.
