Review
Celtic turned on a devastating performance in the first half to go four up.
MacLeod opened the scoring with a glorious volley and Celtic went for the throat before half time. Sullivan and Burns scored good goals before McCluskey scored a cracker after a fine run and finish from a tight angle.
Celtic played into the strong wind in the second half and Saints used the conditions to their advantage but McGarvey missed two great chances late on.
Danny Crainie hugely impressed on his debut with his touch, control and intelligent play.
