Trivia
- Celtic have two sets of qualifiers following balls up in winning the league last year (we came second to the Huns).
- Celtic won against Dinamo Moscow our first away win in the European Cup for donkey’s years, and our first time winning away in the second leg having lost at home.
- Totally outplayed by Arsenal over two legs.
- Second leg marred by Arsenal player diving for a penalty which got him a two match ban in Europe, only for it to then be revoked after appeal (another joke form UEFA)!
- Celtic dropped down to the revamped UEFA Cup comp: Europa League.
