Trivia

  • Glasgow Charity Cup Final
  • Celtic won 7-0 on corners!

Review

A good, but windy day. Celtic well on top but could not score, so they won the Charity Cup by the unusual (but not unprecedented) method of counting corners. Hamilton might have won it for Clyde but miskicked.

Celtic’s 10th Charity Cup. £1596 raised for various Glasgow Charities.

In end of season clear out, Willie Nichol moved to Bury and Paddy Travers returned to Aberdeen.
