Review

Celtic were 2-0 down at half time and had it all to do as Clyde looked for their first win over Celtic at Shawfield since 1957. The goals were scored by Clyde's partnership of teenage strikers ably supplied by future Celt Dom Sullivan.

Stein pushed McCluskey into midfield for more urgency and Connelly into defence for more composure and it worked a treat.
Johnstone found form and after Dalglish made it 1-2 Celtic went up two gears as Clyde buckled.

Ex Celt Evan Williams had an inspired game for Clyde.
