Review

Celtic have the look of a side who know they are now playing out the inevitable.

Ayr are deserved winners with Malcolm Robertson the best player on the field. His second goal was a magnificent flying header.

Jock Stein is now said to be well enough to resume in August which is welcome news to the Celtic fans.
