The picture above actually has a double Celtic connection; as well as William Angus former Celtic player, Lord Newlands also features in the picture to Angus’ RHS. Newlands was the landowner whom we initially rented and subsequently purchased the ground of CP2 from. He also gave his name to Newlands school on Springfield road.
